Instructions:

1. First prepare your pickles. To do this first dry your pickles with some paper towels.

2. Then whisk together your egg and next 3 ingredients together in a large sized bowl. Add in your flour and continue whisking until smooth in consistency.

3. Then pout a generous amount of oil in a large sized skillet over medium to high heat. Once the oil is hot enough dip your slices into your batter and hold to allow the excess to drip off. Place your batter covered pickles into your oil and cook until golden in color. Drain on a plate lined with paper towels. Allow to cool slightly.

4. Then prepare your dipping sauce. To do this whisk together your first 6 Ingredients for your dipping sauce until smooth in consistency. Then garnish with some extra salt. Serve alongside your fried pickles and enjoy.
